My first impression was not 10/10. But after some time using it (and looking at roadmap vs updates) i realized that this platform helps me to satisfy some client needs. I created many useful guides, embedded some of them in self hosted "client portals" and general reception was great. Clients love this kind of tutorials, and making them is really quick and fun. GuideJar team is doing nice job with regular updates (next on my list to check is Windows desktop app - i hope it works!). My money was well spent, good job!

Easily the best tool in it's class. I've got them all and Guide Jar is my favourite. I recently logged in to find extra functionality of being able to capture extra screen whilst in edit mode, plus adding alerts and tips. Being able to link, embed and export (including PDF and the copy and paste into Google Docs, Apple Notes which I LOVE) makes Guide Jar the tool for everything - and so quick. I use it for creating workflows for onboarding contractors in the day job, making notes for my personal projects and generally allowing people I work with the access documentation on their timeframe, in every possible context!
